Unsere APR Stage 1 für den EA888 Gen.3b ist das Ergebnis monatelanger Entwicklungsarbeit und übertrifft andere Aftermarket-Lösungen bei weitem. Durch den Einsatz hochkomplexer, autarker Messtechnik außerhalb des Motorsteuergeräts konnten wir Hunderte von Parametern feinabstimmen und zahlreiche Schutzfunktionen entwickeln, die es selbst ab Werk noch gar nicht gibt. Das Ergebnis: makellose Performance bei gleichzeitig erhöhter Sicherheit.

Performance without compromise

Unser ECU-Upgrade umfasst erweiterte Sicherheitsfunktionen, die weit über das Übliche hinausgehen:

Durch den aufwendigen Verbau von über 40 Temperatur- und Drucksensoren sowie die Installation eines Drehzahlsensors an der Turboladerwelle haben wir die modellierten Kennfelder innerhalb des Steuergeräts an die neue Leistung angepasst, zusätzliche Schutzroutinen aktiviert und präzise kalibriert. Wir haben den Turboladerschutz optimiert, indem wir die Wellen­drehzahl überwachen und Schutzmechanismen gegen Überschwingen, übermäßigen Abgasgegendruck und instabile Druckverhältnisse entwickelt haben.

LSPI-Schutz (Low-Speed Pre-Ignition) verhindert Motorschäden bei hoher Last und niedrigen Drehzahlen. Das Thermomanagement reduziert die Leistung aktiv, um ein Überhitzen kritischer Bauteile zu vermeiden, und drosselt die Leistung so lange, bis Dein Öl die optimale Temperatur erreicht hat. Die Optimierung des Kraftstoffsystems stellt einen sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb innerhalb der kritischen Fördergrenzen sicher.

Das Ergebnis? Massive Leistungssteigerungen, kombiniert mit der Sicherheit, dass Dein Motor und Antriebsstrang langfristig geschützt bleiben.
